For almost ten years, BIO-UV Group has been a trusted partner in supporting Groupe Aqualande, which is based in the Landes region of Southwest France. The company operates extensively across the aquaculture value chain, encompassing breeding and reproduction of trout and marine fish, trout farming, and processing. Their hatcheries, particularly at “Fermes Marines du Soleil,” a subsidiary focused on marine fish, have been equipped with BIO-UV Group’s advanced UV reactors designed specifically for water disinfection. This technology ensures that the freshwater used in their rearing tanks is purified of microorganisms, thereby creating a conducive environment for high-quality fish growth.
