Currently, she serves as the Interim Operations Manager at HBS Ltd, where her leadership was instrumental in a significant turnaround and merger with Ringlink Scotland.
From 2013 to 2022, Nina held the position of CEO at RSABI, where she notably expanded the organization’s reach and influence within the farming and crofting communities. Her career highlights include establishing Scotland’s largest NFU Mutual agency and acting as Regional Manager for NFU Scotland. Additionally, Nina possesses a wealth of experience from her roles on non-executive boards, including positions with SAOS, AgriScot, RHASS, and the Border Union Agricultural Society. Notably, she is a Fellow of the Royal Agricultural Societies and RSA.
