Judson “Jud” Guest Named 2025 NPFDA Member of the Year

The National Protein and Food Distributors Association (NPFDA) is proud to announce that Judson “Jud” Guest of LAD Truck Lines has been named the 2025 NPFDA Member of the Year. This prestigious recognition comes as a result of Guest’s unwavering support and dedicated service to the association for over 25 years.

A Legacy of Commitment and Service

Throughout his extensive involvement in NPFDA, Guest has demonstrated remarkable dedication and a willingness to volunteer wherever needed. He has actively promoted the association, participated in numerous events, and served on various committees, making tangible contributions to the organization’s success.

In addition to his role as a board member for several years, Jud has held the position of chair of the board of directors. His leadership in 2025 as co-chair of the NPFDA Scholarship Selection Committee has been pivotal in expanding the scholarship program, allowing it to reach and benefit more students each year.

Community Involvement

Outside of his professional commitments, Guest is a committed advocate for his community. He supports several local organizations, including:

• Athens First United Methodist Church
• The Touchdown Club of Athens
• The Oconee Warrior Club

Additionally, he established the Heart Throb Group, a vital support network for men dealing with heart-related conditions.
