In an exciting announcement, two talented chefs from the U.S. have emerged victorious in the inaugural Loch Duart Salmon and Chef’s Roll culinary competition. Chefs from across the nation were tasked with creating a signature dish that highlighted the versatility and exceptional flavor of Loch Duart Salmon.

Recognizing the Runners-Up
The competition also recognized several exceptional chefs who displayed remarkable skill and innovation:

About the Competition
The Loch Duart Salmon culinary competition ran from October to November 2025 and successfully partnered with the global online culinary community Chef’s Roll. Out of over a hundred entrants, forty chefs were selected to showcase their best salmon recipes using complimentary samples of Loch Duart Salmon. Judges evaluated each dish and selected two that most effectively demonstrated the fish’s superior taste and texture.
