Expertise and Experience

Bringing over 25 years of experience in agriculture and more than 20 years specializing in animal muscle growth biology and meat science, Dr. Starkey’s background is impressive. Previously serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Poultry Science at Auburn University, she led significant research and instructional programs in growth physiology, meat science, and poultry production.
