Nestlé has announced a significant leadership change within its operations in the Americas. On Friday, the company revealed that Jeff Hamilton, the current head of Purina PetCare in Europe, will take over as the regional CEO beginning in July.

Hamilton brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having joined Nestlé as a sales representative in 1991. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions, including managing Nestlé Canada and overseeing the company’s U.S. foods division. His extensive background also includes leading marketing initiatives in the Asia, Oceania, and Africa regions.

In a statement regarding the appointment, Nestlé CEO Laurent Freixe expressed confidence in Hamilton’s abilities: “Jeff has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and a remarkable ability to inspire and motivate his teams. We look forward to working with Jeff to drive our growth strategy in Zone AMS.”
