Eric Regnier Promoted to Vice President of Operations at ZAG Technical Services

From Project Manager to Leadership Role

Joining ZAG in 2021 as a project manager, Regnier quickly demonstrated his commitment to operational excellence and quality improvement, which led to his rise as the manager of ZAG’s IT Security and Compliance division. Earlier this year, he stepped into the role of Interim Vice President of Operations, where he effectively oversaw the client services, engineering, and project management teams.

Beyond his professional acumen, Regnier’s dedication to team member development fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence at ZAG. Background and Unique Perspective

Prior to his tenure at ZAG, Regnier accomplished a great deal academically, earning a bachelor’s degree, two master’s degrees, and multiple technology certifications. His 13 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a fast attack submarine officer adds to his leadership pedigree. Additionally, growing up on a family farm in Nebraska has cultivated his passion for agriculture, allowing him to blend this interest with his technological expertise.
