Chile’s National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service (Sernapesca) has achieved a significant milestone in its enforcement of fishing regulations. The Supreme Court has upheld a ruling against the Chilean Fisheries Development Company, commonly known as EMDEPES, which is under the auspices of the Japanese conglomerate Nissui Corp.
