Michael Sleeper, who has been with Imperial since 1964 and has held the positions of president and CEO since 1970, will assume the role of executive chairman of the board. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping Imperial’s success and broad influence within the industry.
In his new capacity, Sleeper will continue providing strategic guidance to both the board and management team, ensuring that the company’s core values remain at the forefront of its operations.
Stepping into the role of CEO is Joe Kirby, the current president of Imperial. Kirby has amassed a wealth of experience since joining the company in 2003, excelling across various roles. Naomi Sleeper, a member of the third generation of the Sleeper family, will take on the position of president and chief growth officer.
