Livestock SA Seeks Board Nominations from Members
Livestock SA is inviting its members to submit nominations for three positions on its Board. The results of the elections will be revealed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Nominations are open for three elected Director positions that focus on leadership within the cattle, sheep, and goat industries.
“The Livestock SA Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of South Australia’s livestock industry,”
— Travis Tobin, CEO of Livestock SA
Travis Tobin emphasized that the available positions are open to any Livestock SA member who is passionate about the future of the livestock sector and is dedicated to providing leadership on important producer issues.
“Strong industry leadership and governance are critical for ensuring the organization continues to deliver value to its members. These positions ensure that each facet of the livestock industry has a voice in navigating both challenges and opportunities,” added Mr. Tobin.

“Serving on the Livestock SA Board is a unique opportunity to influence the policies, projects, and advocacy that directly affect our state’s livestock producers, as well as the red meat and wool industries overall,” Mr. Tobin stated.
“Strong representation equates to strong advocacy, and the Board is essential in ensuring producers are well-represented and well-prepared for future challenges.”
