Introducing the Pork Leadership Institute Class of 2026

The National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) and the National Pork Board (NPB) proudly announce the selection of the Class of 2026 for the esteemed Pork Leadership Institute. Nineteen individuals from across the United States have been chosen to engage in this comprehensive yearlong leadership development program.

Program Overview

The Pork Leadership Institute is designed to provide future leaders with a thorough understanding of industry knowledge and advocacy skills. Throughout the year, participants will attend five sessions that cover critical areas such as:

• Federal legislative and regulatory processes
• The significance of international trade
• Operations of national and state pork organizations

Equipping the Next Generation of Leaders

In addition to in-depth industry training, graduates will receive hands-on media and communications training, empowering them to become articulate and effective advocates for the pork industry.
