Excitement is mounting as some of the world’s most renowned chefs descend upon Glasgow for the highly anticipated 2025 MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland launch ceremony. Set to take place on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the prestigious Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, this event marks the first time the ceremony is being held in Glasgow.
Organized in collaboration with Scotland Food & Drink and Glasgow Life, the ceremony is expected to draw a distinguished crowd of chefs, restaurateurs, journalists, influencers, partners, and industry leaders. It will unveil the newly awarded MICHELIN Stars, Green Stars, Bib Gourmand, and Special Professional Awards.
