Experience and Background
Joe Tuza brings over 30 years of experience in the food and consumer products industries to his new role. Before joining Louisiana Fish Fry, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at Sauer Brands, a Richmond, Virginia-based company known for its popular condiment products including Duke’s Mayonnaise, Kernel Season’s, and Mateo’s Salsa.
