Demand remains good on both origins. Inventory is on the lighter side for the most part but the price gap between the two, and uncertainty over the paused Canadian tariffs, makes a compelling argument to hold firm on asking levels for warm water tails.
Coldwater tails
North American tail and meat, while still limited, remain steady after some initial volatility in asking prices at the start of this week. Some sellers firmed offering levels and will hold there, but trade is within our listed quotations.
Frozen meat
Frozen meat prices remain in the sideways channel. There is no replacement and business is steady at these price levels. Product is held in confidence.
