The AgCarE team has recently unveiled a new product, NatureLedger, designed to empower farmers with invaluable data sets, maps, and information. This innovative tool aims to assist them in navigating the complexities of the recent changes to the federal EPBC Act, as well as the rapidly evolving carbon and biodiversity markets.

Meet Peter Mahony: A Voice for Beef Producers

Peter Mahony, a beef producer from Gyranda near Theodore, is a key advocate for this initiative. AgCarE offers NatureLedger as a standalone product or as the first module in a broader AgCarE analysis that assesses a farm’s natural capital. “At $1800 for such a bespoke set of information, I find it to be tremendous value. I have already used it when planning how and when to manage my vegetation…assuming the diesel prices return to normal,” he added.
