NEW YORK (February 19, 2025) – Beyond Good, 100% traceable chocolate and vanilla brand that is turning the industry sourcing model on its head, is bringing fresh innovation to the confectionery category at Natural Products Expo West 2025 in Anaheim, California, from March 4 – 7 at booth #1563 in Hall B at the Organic Pavilion. The company will be previewing upcoming additions to its chocolate lineup, including a Microbatch Collection and two carefully crafted flavors for its existing line.

Microbatch Chocolate Collection
Beyond Good Microbatch Chocolate is simply the very best chocolate, no expense spared. The collection is produced in smaller batches with a slower processing method for an end result that is incredibly flavorful, with a superior melt and low acidity. The Microbatch Bars will be launching in four varieties with ingredients sourced locally from Madagascar and Uganda: Rum Raisins, Sea Salt & Nibs, Vanilla Bean, and Candied Ginger.
Flagship Chocolate Line Extension
The core collection of chocolate by Beyond Good is expanding to include two new varieties made using single origin cocoa beans from Uganda: 100% Cocoa Dates & Sesame and 73% Cocoa Orange Zest. The 100% Cocoa Dates & Sesame Bar contains pieces of dates and sesame seeds that give this bar a sweet, creamy flavor profile with no sugar or dairy added. The 73% Cocoa Orange Zest Chocolate Bar conveys bright, fresh bites of sweet citrus with a long bittersweet cocoa finish.
The Microbatch Collection, 100% Cocoa Date & Sesame, and 73% Cocoa Orange Zest will hit the market online and in select retailers this July. Samples of each bar will be available each day of Natural Products Expo West at the Beyond Good booth.
Beyond Good will also be offering a “Chocolate Challenge” to showcase the flavor and quality contrast of Beyond Good 70% Dark Chocolate compared to other leading 70% dark chocolate bars. A hand-batched vanilla soda – which blends Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract, and Pure Ground Vanilla Powder – will also be available for sampling each day. In addition, attendees are invited to enjoy a classic Madagascar cocktail, the Rhum Arrangé, during happy hour daily at 4 p.m.
