The California Table Grape Commission Welcomes New Marketing Team Members
The California Table Grape Commission is excited to announce the addition of two talented individuals, Lisa Massie and Alexandra Merritt, to its marketing team.
Lisa Massie joins as the director of international marketing for Asia. In her role, Massie will spearhead marketing efforts in targeted export markets across Asia, with a focus on boosting demand for California table grapes through in-country promotion teams. With a background in account management, business analysis, and export promotion, gained during her tenure as the Global Marketing and Communications Specialist at Trillium Flow Technologies, Massie brings a wealth of experience to the commission.
Alexandra Merritt has been appointed as the director of global marketing. In her new role, Merritt will oversee retail accounts in the U.S. and lead marketing initiatives in key export markets such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Additionally, she will be responsible for directing category management research. Prior to joining the commission, Merritt served as an Account Director at Root Creative Marketing, where she successfully executed marketing campaigns for various agriculture, food product, and lifestyle product clients.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new additions, Ian LeMay, incoming President of the California Table Grape Commission, stated, “Both Lisa and Alexandra bring talent, drive, heart, and extensive backgrounds in account management and analysis to the commission marketing team.”
