Applications for Rabobank’s 2026 graduate program are now officially open. This initiative offers university graduates with an interest in agriculture and agribusiness a unique opportunity to launch their careers at Australia’s leading agribusiness bank.

A Comprehensive 18-Month Program

The graduate program will commence in February 2026 and span an engaging 18 months. As one of Australia’s largest providers of agricultural loans and critical corporate banking services, Rabobank is committed to nurturing the next generation of talent within the food and agribusiness sectors.

Each participant will be paired with a senior leader in the bank who will act as their mentor throughout the duration of the program. This mentorship, complemented by opportunities for interstate and potentially international travel, is designed to elevate their professional development.

Operational Insights at Regional Branches

As part of the experience, all graduates will spend time at a rural or regional branch in Australia, with locations including Shepperton, Kadina, Geraldton, Wagga Wagga, Toowoomba, and Port Lincoln. This hands-on customer-facing experience will ensure graduates appreciate Rabobank’s unique approach to supporting its clientele.
