Insights from Alltech’s Agri-Food Outlook on Global Feed Production

Alltech’s 2025 Agri-Food Outlook indicates a rebound in global feed production, which rose to 1.396 billion metric tonnes in 2024, up from 1.380 billion mt in 2023. The leading feed-producing countries included China, the US, and Brazil. Notably, poultry feed production increased as well, with broiler feed at 385.415 million mt and layers at 173.038 million mt.
