The acquisition is anticipated to finalize in the coming weeks, pending typical closing conditions. Post-acquisition, Hamlet Protein will operate under its name while becoming part of Agrifirm. In a joint press release, both companies expressed intentions to leverage their strengths collaboratively to enhance innovative nutritional concepts for their valued clientele in the global feed market.
